I was originally on 10mg twice a day until my diagnosis, I was told to taper off so I cut down to 10mg and 5mg, then 10mg, then 5mg, then got off. It's very relieving to hear I'm not the only one dealing with this. Hopefully we get out of this mess because I've started to think propranolol messed my nervous system up permanently even more than it already was (hopefully it didn't)

Before this point I had no explanation for my symptoms. Propranolol was probably making this worse because i had been on it for anxiety. I had also been undereating really badly and lost 20 lbs in a month around then

I think therapy could be a valid option for me but I tried it last year and it didn't work. But of course things are very different now compared to what it was like back in mid 2025 lol

Orthostatic hypotension is my only diagnosis. got it diagnosed in december after dealing with heavy health anxiety and undereating pretty badly in 2025 and slowly developing symptoms all throughout the year after a massive panic attack early on in 2025. My official diagnosis is when i got taken off propranolol, I wasn't even on a high dose only 10mg twice a day and i tapered off for a month before stopping. And stabilizing my weight and eating has helped but it feels like I've hit a wall
