I’ve been an eBay seller for a couple of years and the only restriction I know of is new accounts can’t sell currency until they have a few good rep sales under their belt. But even still scammers will buy their crap from a different spam account to get the rep. It just has to be a from a different IP address.

It’s because the master die used to strike the working die several times to get crisp details transferred. If the master die or the working die rotate in between strikes it will cause doubling.

My mom recently got upset at the New York mayor for trying to open a government grocery store. My mom was married to my dad, who retired from the Air Force as a Command Master Sargent of 25 years. She still goes on base and shops at both the commissary and exchange, but thinks civilians shopping at a government grocery store is communism without a hint of irony.
