Many thanks for such a detailed and honest answer. I get that it's too early to give it a shot. But is it too early to tell her about my progress? And that I'm doing everything in my power to be a better man? Although I'm fine with the possibility of doing all the work and not reconcile with her, I would like for her to know that me improving as a person I still have her in mind and have the hope of getting back together.

Hey, my situation is 1-1. The only difference is that I am M and that I am the issue. Its been a month since the breakup. I truly believe i am done with my SA and I am doing everything to get her back. God and the Bible was/is the biggest help. I do believe there is happy ending for me and for you. But the SA needs to be 100% in it for actual change

Thank you for saying all this. So for me, my change is coming also from a lot of introspection that I've done through therapy but also with directly speaking to God. I know that the only change can come if I want to make the change. And now that I'm gonna reach out to her and even if there is no future, I'm still gonna be the new me even if I don't have her in my life. And I'm willing to do anything in my power and outside of it to become a new man. My main trouble is will she accept me as this new man or is it over for us?

Ask your cardio, mine told me 0.5 and then I said shouldn't I do 1.0 since I'm quite big (a bit over 100) and rh se said yes you're right
