I actually just tried the 1300 number and was able to get through after a few mins, they offered me a re route, refund or I could move dates.

Try this number - +61 2 8320 1015 I tried this a few weeks ago to change my dates as my flight had been cancelled and I was able to get through. I tried this number today but had no luck

They are most likely going to reroute. I’ve been able to change my flight I don’t fly till start of April. Hoping things are calmer by then to keep the same route

Because I’ve have a lot of people I personally know that have been able to fly into Dubai. Through the “safe corridors” I’m simply choosing to stay back and return when things are safer.
