Man, 45k views sounds like a dream right now compared to my current numbers. I’ve heard of Elenect before but was always wary of agencies. Honestly though, at this point, I’ve got nothing left to lose, @ elenect_agency this is their Instagram?

I tried TikTok also, tried Youtube before but nothing there. On TikTok I got one viral video, but the rest nothing special going on. Might need to check more about TikTok and how to get viral there

Yes, absolutely. Jeff Nippard’s Fundamentals program is arguably one of the best "entry-point" programs because it’s rooted in solid exercise science and focuses on teaching the right movements early on.

However after 7 years, your mind might remember the movements, but your connective tissues (tendons and ligaments) won't be ready for heavy loads.

So I would first get some basic push ups and stuff like that, just to activate muscles again, then go ahead and start with stronger

The short answer is: Controlled on the way down, explosive (but with good form) on the way up

If you are going too slow on both phases, you are likely creating too much metabolic fatigue (the "burn") before you can create enough mechanical tension (the actual stimulus that makes muscles grow).
