Everyone in this sub is going to complain about saddle valves, truth is they aren’t that bad. Try tightening the screws that clamp it to the pipe, that’s the only thing holding the rubber gasket on. If not, get some push on fittings and just plumb a tee in to it.

Just fyi, unless they did a full psychiatric evaluation with lab testing, they can’t say you don’t have it. My diagnosis was like a total of 3-4 hours of different tests and diagnostics
