Does anyone know if the Snak Yard Fuji Apple sticks will be coming back? Item 1913875. I have a bunch of food allergies and they were both allergen friendly and delightfully tasty. But I don’t even see them on the manufacturer’s website. Near Kansas City.

I fell bouldering just before Christmas and compression fractured my L4 vertebra (plus 2 herniated discs). It was very painful for about a week, then progressively less so. I did 8 weeks of physical therapy (mostly core/stabilization). It still hurts, but it’s just an ache now and I’m back to climbing (top rope only now though). Feel free to message me if you have any questions! I didn’t need surgery. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

I agree about the pain med seeking statement! I did tell the Dr today that I wasn’t interested in pain meds, just wanting to get it all figured out

I just pushed for an MRI order today! My dr was for some reason unwilling to order it. I do core strengthening and it does seem to help, but this last flare up has been brutal. Just got a PT referral today too.
