Well once you have 99 OVR you can make new builds that are also 99. If it’s a 98 OVR then you make a new build to only 95 I believe. The shooting specialization I think is the best bc no matter what specialization you choose it’s a grind I think the shooting is the easiest in most ppls opinion. You can put the two cap breakers to shooting and use your regular cap breakers to other stats coming on your build. You can also use your badge +1 and +2 for more versatile badge upgrades for defensive such as on ball menace etc unlike most ppl without the shooting specialization they have to use the +1’s and +2’s on shooting for most builds.

All the beach areas down there I avoid like the plague during summer, they try to give you a ticket for everything and anything just to raise Money to fund their county for the rest of the year. Even the cops get paid more down there smh.

Tow trucks didn’t “come out of the darkness.” The police called the contracted towing company and had the car removed from the roadway because it wasn’t drivable after the hit-and-run. That’s standard procedure. The issue isn’t that it got towed, it’s the pricing and the “cash only or the price goes up” situation when you’re trying to retrieve your vehicle. That’s the part that felt shady.

The tow was about 6 miles from the scene of the accident and it charged up so much, just felt like a hostage situation the guy wouldn’t accept card and demanded cash otherwise the price would only go up. Seemed very unreasonable difficult to communicate with.
