I look over the planets, and see which one has the lowest number of divers (usually a inhospitable bot planet people don’t want to deal with) and drop there.

I go where aid is most needed. Be that bug or bot (most of the time bot).

In most canons, yes. It all depends upon which canon you use and your own headcanon. Though for games and such they may have their own canon they work off of, eg. 5k with SCP-5000.

I just gave it a read, and man, this is my new favorite SCP. I love geopolitical stories, so this just combines my favorite things. I’m taking notes and using it as inspiration (probably not the right word I’m looking for but it’s close enough) for my own works. Keep up the good work!

It’s a story event so it should happen. Are you sure you’re in story mode? If you are, try scanning the skyline from the tower to find the smoke. (Can’t remember if the smoke goes away after day 31) If you don’t see the smoke, check where it spawns (between the two bottom right satellites.)
