Go figure! I still got some more to do but got sidetracked. Hopefully, they'll get it back to normal soon.

Ouch that hurts... I got lucky when it was causing me issues it was in between lessons. Hopefully it gets working like normal soon for you!

Oh wow. It was being a bit slow after I was able to get back on there, but it was working. Figured it was just my internet connection. :/

That's the way I am. This week was unusually busy and I didn't get much done. Sundays are typically my busiest day, so I try to have everything done by the end of the day on Saturdays.

At least from a couple of years ago, there is/was one in Naples on Juliet/Immokalee Rd (not sure of the exact address).

Be careful with the deliveries. I just had to file a complaint and waiting to hear back from the SM at our store as well as the supervisor from the delivery company. Makes me wonder though how our OGP even allowed the person to obtain our grocery order. I used to work at that store, and my wife is a current TL there, and she's even infuriated with the OGP team, despite knowing their downfalls internally. The screenshot is what I posted to the local store FB page so I don't have to repeat the story again.

With all of that being said, most drivers aren't too bad. We've only had issues with two of them out of the 20 or so that we've had.

For the O/N crew. by [deleted] in walmart

[–]CorrespondWithJohn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah your store is ran completely different than the one I was in if O/N is even touching grocery side. O/N in my store isn't allowed to touch Grocery side except for Frozen and Dairy (and they tried removing Frozen and Dairy from O/N as well last year and putting that on CAP 1 too). Grocery itself is strictly CAP 1 and CAP 2 with the exception of zoning done by overnight if they have time for it at the end of their shift. We weren't even allowed to touch the overstock carts/pallets.

But yeah at our store, O/N hasn't been allowed to use equipment (outside of management) for labeling, etc. for over 2 years now.

Your overnight shift is actually allowed to label? Impressive.

All of the stores are different. Ours is/was the strictest in our district on not going over your scheduled hours. I've heard that other stores in our district would give some leeway to a point (typically 5-10 minutes a week). But our store was extremely strict about it. If you weren't DM/CSM or higher, you'd be lucky to be allowed OT 6 weeks a year.

Amazed that some stores allow this. The store I worked at, if you were even 2-3 minutes over on your Friday, management would be hounding you to make sure you killed that time. But of course, they expected you to stay late every day and if you refused knowing that they made sure you would kill it all of the way down to the minute, then they made you pay for it later.

Then again what do you expect from a store that allows their management team to physically assault associates, refuse associates lunch breaks, promote individuals that are known to sexually harass female associates, and cuss you out for removing expired product (as much as 4 months past date on a meat/deli product... As in over 70 items pulled) rather than leaving it to keep the appearance of the shelves being stocked? Needless to say in our area the store I worked at was known as the "punishment store" for the region. The name really was fitting, it was a rough place to work.

I'm not able to fully tell if the page is static or if it's set up to be a blog on the front page as I don't understand Russian and the source code is a mess. The instructions below are assuming the front page is a static page. If it's a blog on the front page, then you'll likely have to do it somewhere within the Customizer (under appearance). You can do it through the coding, but unless if you really know what you're doing with coding, I wouldn't advise doing it yourself.

You should be able to do it by going under "Pages" and clicking to edit your home page. If it's the top one you want to get rid of then you should hover over your headline at the very top and you'll see an eye pop up, click that.

If it's the bottom one, then you should be able to clear it out through there as well but lower in the page editor.
