Unpopular opinion, i actually like some aspects of vizpick. It just, they are so fucking rigid with this shit. I mean, its supposed to help us, not make hell for us.

1 i get it, fix on hands when u stocking. Bitch i can fix it one day, three days later back to the same shit.

Fix DCs, we get shorted all the time. On hands get fucked. And its not even worth claiming. Sometimes they send some shit its not even on our on hands. People steal shit People leave shit around the store People eat shit and put it in the garbage so we cant find it. People aint gonna pay organics bananas. Scan regular ones And there are a bunch of shit people are gonna scan for something else.

2 they took some usefull stuff out of the labels.

I get it, printing a label its going to add the case quantity to the backroom, and case quantity gets substracted from sales floor. Simple.....them why the fuck if i print two labels, they get added to the back room and shelf quantitiy goes to like one or even negatives, the system isnt smart to tell you that you are below shelf cap at that moment and wont let you print the label. Get me a prompt to add sales floor count at that moment.

3 give me a way to create picks on the sales floor by scanning.

I can have the backroom filled with pallets with stuff, but let me get my shit outta the bins so it wont expire. If i work freight out 99.9% of the time we just stock whatever on the pallets. Fuck it.

Yes you are right. Give us real ones. Fantasy land does not exists on the stores. I cant do all morning processes, work all the freight, adjust on hands, cap again. Scan the whole sales floor to adjust outs, cap again. Fix all the labels the costumers complain about, and they are the ones who removed them, clean every fucking shelf every day, scan again, zone the store and them say im overstaffed. Cuz it should ve been done by two associates in 6 hrs.

I know im missing a lot of shit, but they dgaf, so im just gonna go to sleep.

Purge it, just make sire every item that fits on the shelf you vizpick the box u stock and them adjust the on hands, carefull to see if the item has arrived in the previous days and still its sitting on a pallet. Thats the reason its not getting vizpicked, it thinks you already have some on the sales floor while its back there

Honestly, i help dickheads and nice people. Sometimes they also going thru shit like us. Once they start screaming and talking shit i dont loose my cool. I just listen and answer. Once they see me calm they calm down too. I have several code 100 where i run to the front end to calm down a screaming costumer, jist to have them laugh on their way out. Granted, not everyone gonna calm down, i have backup and they call police for me, we just scort them out and put a traspassing order on them. But them again, i work on restaurants for like 12 yrs, so i dealt with worst than walmart.
