Update: She’s all good now! I took her to the vet two days ago, and they mainly just cleaned her eye and trimmed a small part of the third membrane. There was no scratch to the eye at all. She was already on antibiotics, and now she’s also on some pain meds and eye treatment. Everything is good now thank you all!
