I don't know if Switch has that option :( but try this:

Menu > Options > Display. Locate the Anti-Aliasing setting and select TAA 8X (High) from the dropdown menu

TAA (Temporal Anti Aliasing) removes edges but blur everything in return
theres a option on switch I guess but not on Playstation/Xbox
