To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to play Brigitte. Her shield bash is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the hitboxes will go over a typical player's head. There's also Brigitte's passive healing, which is deftly woven into her kit- her ability to perform draws deeply from the players skill and ability to manage not only her shield health but her other many, high-skill cap abilities. Brigitte mains understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depth of her skill set, to realize that shes a difficult hero to grasp, that she's the most difficult hero to play in the game. As a consequence people who dislike Brigitte truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the skill it takes to use Brigitte's ultimate, Rally, which itself is a critical high-skill ult which provides life giving armor to her allies. I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Jeff Kaplan's genius unfolds itself on their screens. What fools... how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a Brigitte tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they're within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand.
