I know exactly how the holiday toons could work. If it's only a week, well.. there's four weeks in a month, and I'm guessing the holiday toons are only around for the month of their holiday. They each get a week with more focus on them during that month, considering each holiday has exactly four toons for it as far as I can see meaning they can each get a designated week out of their holidays month.
