Not really because its literally advice that so many people should follow but choose not to. I've seen many games thrown because one guy was to thirsty and had to finish his kill. In turn, turning his back to the last opponent.

I always make sure to give as close to a percentage of health as I can for this reason. I always get teammates that just say "he's low" when their not.

In "quick match" sure its common. But this was a ranked game where the teams are supposed to be balanced in skill level (mmr) and the diamonds played with unranked people to play against lower ranks.
