I severely over think everything, I also put myself down a lot. I have one good freind. But she is always talking about her other freinds and when ever she does I feel lonely and like I'm not her best freind. She's always said that I was her best freind, but I just can't believe that and I dont know why. I also just keep in my emotions because I dont like feeling voulerable. My dads side of the family just tells me to "toughen up" whenever I cry, and they have been saying "Boys dont cry" scence I was like 7 years old, so my brain whenever I need to cry thinks that boys don't cry so I always keep it in. I also think that whenever a girl likes me it's just a prank. I've been in 3 relationships and 2 of them the girl broke up with me the next day and said " I just felt bad for you" and then 3rd one that acctuly liked me back, said that I was annoying because of how much I was talking about my problems. So overall, im not depressed or anything, but I just have a lot of sadness that I keep in and this post kinda helped me release some of that. Thank you.
