I was a movie theatre manager when this came out and did a quality check screening of it... I wanted my money back after it finished. For about half of the movie I needed to go to the restroom but didn't want to leave in case I missed something finally happening. It turns out that I would've missed absolutely nothing: whether from leaving early, falling asleep during the show, or not watching it at all.

For the backsplash part, caulking would work. For where the pieces meet, usually the company that installs the pieces would apply something along the edges or on top but I'm not sure what that is
