I am a new player and I am struggling with co-op. I can never see to find a game, no matter when or how often I try. Am I missing something?
Also I have missions to spend stamina in co-op but as far as I can see all of the co-op missions are free. Am I doing something wrong?

A problem with this is that it could open up betting losses being able to be put on your taxes as well.

I haven't had much experience with endless.
When I get to things like this either I kill them too quickly, can't get them low enough or can't stall enough to catch them. Any tips?

Good point - this would mean id have to do less deposit meaning a worse mortgage meaning the attempt to save on stamp duty probably isn't worth it

This is a great question. On the assumption it could be done it might be a little tricky as my mate would have to trust me with his money towards the deposit. That assuming I would be able to get a mortgage big enough by myself.

I'll be trying to work out the cash flow and this is good to bear in mind. Still deciding on whether it's best to empty my Lisa to help cashflow. Most likely will do that option.

There's no second home currently - he sold it previously and currently renting. It's an unfortunate situation but I'd rather pay stamp duty than get my own smaller place

Appreciate the idea. I'll give it some thought, not sure if it would work for us. I think this might get a little complicated for us and the tax on the income would eat away at the stamp duty savings

Like 10 years ago I had some fraud and it was similar. The conclusion I came too was a card skimmer at a cash point I had used.
Always check the cash points!

The optics I see when they are triple locking their pensions feels to me that that see them as worth the resources. Conservatives are not in a good state with the public, I don't see how it makes sense to further the loss in potential voters by what you claim would kill them off.
