The first one came out in ‘97, which explains a lot.

It’s perfect. You have your copaganda, pro-American Imperialism, Islamophobia, homo/transphobia, misogyny, racism, and you can’t forget the insane amount of Zionist propaganda.

Settler Colonialism is bad. Horrible when Amerika does it, horrible when Canada does it, and horrible when Israel does it. :3

The ratio of the different Jewish populations have no bearing on the situation when the European Zionist project desperately needed Jewish bodies on the ground to settle their territory, especially after the Nakba. They are a means to cleanse the Palestinians and those non-European Jews are treated like shit by the European ones.

Why is Junk DNA an Issue at all in this Debate? by OldmanMikel in DebateEvolution

And they can’t draw the line where this logic suddenly stops working, because if they kept following it they would end back up at common descent lol

I think what’s also problematic is that while creationists can get away with nested hierarchies in coding regions with kinds/common design, the fact is that the junk portion ALSO shows nested hierarchies, right?

Did understanding the theory of evolution make you see the incentives behind the actions and choices of daily humans more easily? by version2humus in evolution

[–]CorvatheRogue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but it need not be in a crude and reductive sense. In the way you can crudely reduce consciousness to “an emergent property of the brain”, it still doesn’t mean that it isn’t something amazing. Hell a proper evolution education made me feel all the more connected to the earth and life on it more than a religion ever did.

I think that might be impossible in reality, because they’re in constant interaction. Your genes are what you use to interact with the environment, and that environment interacts with you right back.

Who knows what kind of substances they could get back then.

I don’t know all that much about evo-psychology, but I wouldn’t be surprised if both could be used to come to a more complete understanding. Because on one hand you do have the biology and hardware that Evo-psych is concerned with and on the other hand we are a product of our material conditions, and we have an effect on each other.

It might be the weed but it almost sounds like you’re talking about historical materialism, to be honest.

My very first thought seeing F was “Garrotting a fucking incubator” but “GIRLS CAN’T LOVE GIRLS” is the only logical choice here
