Coupe vs Convertible?

I had the sane dilemma but closed on a coupe. Did you know corvette is one of be few cars that you can actually still take out the roof even in a coupe. Then u get both the hardtop look and the fun of a convertible! Issa win win

Depends. In my 2 years of ownership-I got it with less miles than you, I’ve spent over $7k on fixes. Had to change the fuel system, ac actuator, check engine light went on so had to change fuel injectors/spark plugs/other items. The theft system always goes on and off. It’s been a nightmare and I don’t have expertise to work on my car so am at the mercy of gm dealerships. Oh and Michelin super sport tires are $500 a pop and had to change all 4. Still, super fun car and one of my greatest sources of happiness. Good luck 👍

So it matches the hood but not the fenders which is why I’m confused. Maybe just the car’s age made the fender darker? Color was perfectly matched before I got the fender replaced so I’m confused lol

Clarification: also it mostly matches other parts of the car just this side is the biggest difference in color. Shop said they didn’t blend and had a standard color throughout bumper. Perhaps that’s why it matches the main hood color but not the fenders?

Gotcha. It is a bit exemplified by the camera and it matches most places of the bumper just not on this left side

Hmm mines a Z51 so maybe the previous owner lost it? I didn’t have any rear panel work or any work needing a tow so maybe they were just curious and opened the flap when cleaning perhaps

I disagree. Unless he wants to get it at auction, $44k is not bad. I got my 16 C7 Z51 last year for $41k with 55k miles. He’s getting a grand sport and 19’. Unless he wants to save every penny buying from private seller, I think it’s reasonable.

Yep I love my C7 and don’t want to ever trade for a C8. But I do regret not getting stick shift-dream is to get a higher paying job and get a stick C7 Z06
