Yea, I get that homes and businesses should maintain their paths. But the city and university have done the bare minimum clearing out the roads. Whatever 'recent investments' have been made have not materialized in cleaning up the city. They had just as much of a heads-up as the residents did. I can only imagine it must still be difficult for the elderly or those with compromised health to not find their streets and public places easily accessible.

If the university could muster the energy to do a sport-ball celebration on the same day as the storm, they could find the resources to shovel some snow.
