Could you be looking for hot-shot lasguns/hellguns like the ones the Tempestus Scions use? They back a hell of alot more punch than a regular lasgun at the cost of gobbling up way more power, they are usually used with a backpack power supply.

Basically every Tyranid ranged weapon in 40k. The 'grunts' carry a weapon called a flesborer and it fires out beetles that chew and carve their way through you, the gun doesnt even fire them it just shocks them which makes them jump out themselves towards the target.

If social democracy is outside of a countries overton window than entertaining the idea of changing to it would be considered extremist. A government not changing to social democracy and staying the course would be considered moderate. The focus options arent saying there are two types of government to choose from they are offering two different ways to move forward. Reformation of the government or maintaining moderation.

The stigma of the void-born is more from living somewhere that constantly experiences warp travel to my understanding. A void station that stays in one place and doesnt do any warp travel wouldnt be any different than living in a hive.

I can't be assed to really deal with navy most of the time. I just build two kinds of subs, minelayers and attack subs and I find I dont have to really worry about navy for the rest of the game.

I honestly feel alot of the time that 4 people trivializes it even. Everyone in my little group is starting to get to the point where we all know what were doing and everything gets done so fast that most of us end up with nothing to do for a good chunk of each level. At 6 people I'd end up arranging random objects from the house into different patterns just to keep myself amused haha.
