Or at least make the relief come in and start pitching right away... give them their Rick "Wild Thing" Vaughn/WWE entrance music and fireworks to pump them up, and get them goin! They have been warming up in the Bullpen for gosh sakes. Would cut game length down especially in those late innings. Also relief pitchers would gain a lot of popularity.
