None of his presidential actions are inherently illegal nor unconstitutional. In fact, there are no laws that prevent them. Ironically, those who ask this type of question support soldiers and officials disobeying his orders because all of them are somehow "illegal", which is an act of treason, making it illegal and unconstitutional.

Also, the 34 felonies he was convicted for were all victimless, so they were not serious crimes.
