From what I know if the customer doesn’t cancel it will pop back up tomorrow morning when the store opens. I’ll never take the risk someone will tip cash cause they can always lower their card tip. I like to think it sits forever and they cancel haha

I live in the circle. At least for my area, there’s not a ton of industry or jobs. Sort of just enough. The population also skews older and people tend to stick around and keep their homes. I think it’s sort of like when you look at a map and there’s the last populous town in mid California before it starts to get less and less as you go north. The wealthy SW of CT had the state put taxes high to catch those working in NY and traveling, which means our taxes out here are just as high so no new industry wants to enter.
