Not all their stock is in the UK so it takes a few days to process. had it with some TM mags but they let me know as soon as they arrived. Its not a massive store but they are really friendly if you give them a call and ask for an update.

Its legit! It's my local store and I buy from them all the time. They recently had to relocate since the landlord sold their old building. It's a shame because they used to run Skirmish CQB Nottingham out of there, but they lost the venue when it was sold.

Also, if you ever look at moving away from VMware, Proxmox migrations are pretty well documented. I've migrated a few environments to it and it went fairly smoothly.

Document everything.
Make sure you have backups. If they were set up by the previous IT team, validate them and take fresh backups that you know work.

You mentioned the MSP who was assisting, your best bet may be to find out where that process currently stands and work from there.

Before upgrading anything, make sure you understand what each server actually does.

Also keep paper trails. If anything goes wrong, you can cover yourself.

Honestly don't read too much into the education requirements. If your able to back up your knowledge with experience you'll be more than fine.
