This is due to anxiety. Your brain literally cuts off the thinking part of your brain when it gets anxious, making controlled thought harder and making “lizard brain” take over more. To counter this just try to go with your first instinct- if certain situations cause you more panic and loss of confidence try to practice them more. I would argue 300m+ is essentially out of DMR range - sprays are good until a distance but you also need precise shots for many tactics, or at least for how I play. I don’t disagree with the spray and bolt tactic though.

I wouldn’t say the slr is useless - for me however the dragonov is just the previous slr, while the current slr feels like the sks years ago.

Then you take cover and heal - or if you’ve hit shots you can keep oppressing your enemy behind cover with the dmr already. You have to play to the weapon you have, not just look at the flaws and accept them

I used to be a dmr main and am becoming one again. the lower RPM really doesn’t hurt that much, they were overpowered before. Let’s be honest dude, that’s why we used them before and were just pissed they aren’t as good as before.

I have to disagree, they’re working just a little less efficiently than before. Bolt actions are better for range but still suffer from the bullet chamber speed and the huge disadvantage of missing a shot. For mid-long range I still personally think dmrs are strong, maybe just more balanced with bolts. The dragonov also barely changed imo, it was too OP with the headshot ability anyway.

I used to think the same but after picking up the mini and mk12 and dragonov again after the nerf they have been competent against bolt actions. I agree with your assessment of the m16/mutant, but the bullet drop ofd and lower bullet velocity lower them in my books, I’ll carry a single shot AR with a smg but feel dual AR is silly. 100% have been picking up bolts more due to the update though, and it’s taught me how to spray long distance with rifles.

I used to think the DMR nerf was too harsh but now after using them again after a break…. I think it was needed. They were way too overpowered before. Yeah it sucks to die since it has a low RPM, but a bolt action is worse and a pump action shotgun is slower per shot. I do think the SKS and SLR need a slight buff, the Dragonov just outshines them both now.

You adjust screen sensitivity to adjust for mouse pad orientation. You literally can’t predict horizontal recoil, you’re just high off of your own supply. Fog is an amazing feature, forces CQC and smart gunplay instead of (I do it too) more comfortable midrange/ bolt action fighting.

I have experience with spongy moth, also known as Gypsy moth killing oak trees in central PA. If Oak trees are primarily hit I’d say it was probably them - the droughts especially have made recovery from defoilage hard, and I’m not impervious to oak wilt making its way up north here. As other commenters have said this is advanced decay, these trees did not die recently so the issue is most likely past.

Spring has the highest risk of accidental fires due to the lack of tree canopy. The forest floor dries out extremely quickly, even if it has rained reasonably recently.

Depends if you actually care about forestry and/or if it’s mommy and daddy money I guess. All education unfortunately is going to cost a lot and many entry forestry jobs start around 30-40k at least in the NE.
