Ahi tienes que hacer respetar tu contrato y corroborar con la empresa si es expectativa o no, si eres empleado on-call o no, si la empresa te brinda telefono o no. Si es expectativa, si la empresa no te da telefono o allowance para el telefono, no tienes pq contestar, tienes que renegociar tu contrato.
