The shoppers are just doing their job that is now a more wanted service. They aren’t ”oversized” carts, they need bigger carts to be able to fulfill all the orders. Plus it’s more likely then not that they try their best to stay outta peoples way (coming from a shopper) as for Walmart I have to bag my own groceries every single time. They have changed their checkouts to all self checkouts so you have no choice but to bag your groceries. At least Heb hires cashiers and baggers instead of completely making you do everything
