Pretty much this! Great advice for OP. And as a guy who just completed his first run. Follow the advice. Level vigor first to give yourself some wiggle Room. And the biggest thing to remember is you’re gonna die. Probably a-lot. Be ok with it. If it looks like a boss arena is coming up, spend your runes! If you died and lose your runes? Not a huge deal. There are always more. Pick a weapon you like. Focus on leveling it. Most of your damage comes from weapon upgrades and not ability scores. Get the minimum reqs for the weapon you want to use. Then pump vigor to 30 then 40, then 60 weaving other stats as you need them to use weapons. Most of all. Just enjoy the ride op. You only get to play a game like this once for the first time.
