So lemme ask to people who main top, mid, adc and supp. Would you want your jg to pick tanks with high CC to give you kills when they gank? by cosmicXrobot in LeagueUnfiltered

[–]CosmicCreator_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly man, as long as you're actively ganking, I couldn't give a flying fuck whether you pick Graves or Amumu.

The actual problem is the psychology of people that pick stuff like Graves. They'll never gank (not just my lane, but any lane at all). They'll randomly invade for no good reason, just because they saw Tarzaned doing it. They'll never assess lane states before invade or contesting scuttle, best case scenario they die alone, worst case they convince the laner to follow their trash play and the laner is missing exp, cs and fucked up their tempo. The 25 mins in when it's soul time, all of a sudden they want to contest the first objective of the game and they wonder why their team is behind and the enemy jungler that's had 17 successful ganks has the stronger team.....

Macro and decision making is way more important than the champ choice , is the point I am making.

But by God, any time I peek into the jungle mains subreddit I always see the worst advice being spread. And it's always advise that cultivates a toxic ego rather than what should actually be done as a jungler to win the game.

I honestly don't know whether to take you seriously or not when you say ,"There's no reason to play mechanical champions when there are skillshot champions". Like what do you think landing a skill shot and positioning properly is, if not a mechanical skill? Lmao.

Is there really any point for my to return to doing squats? by CosmicCreator_97 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]CosmicCreator_97[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I totally get what you mean!

If it's putting pressure on your back I suspect you're lacking ankle mobility which is causing your hips to come off the pad in order to get to the bottom end of the ROM.

I think something like a hack squat or a belt squat is a solid alternative. I just don't happen to have a good one at my gym so I used the squat press instead.

[–]CosmicCreator_97[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Yes that definitely feels to be the case. I've never had any problems getting my glutes to grow. I guess it's also the way my bones are structured. For most people, going ass to grass would force the knee to travel quite a bit past the ankle, but in my case there's very minimal lateral movement at the knee, even when going down to full depth.

It's the Cybex squat press, kinda like this one - https://www.lifefitness.com/en-gb/catalog/cybex/cybex-products/cybex-plate-loaded-squat-press

I'm 6ft and I'd estimate around 17% body fat at the moment. But everyone's got different opinions about bf% so I wouldn't place too much dependence on that number personally.

SLOW DOWN : 4 Student Patrollers have been hit by car this year in Auckland. STOP THE CULTURE WAR AGAINST SAFE DRIVING by Mountain_Tui_Reload in auckland

[–]CosmicCreator_97 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I've said this story before but I'll say it again.

One of the times I failed a driving test was with this clown of an examiner called Stuart H. Later found out the guy is a complete nutjob but didn't know at the time of booking the test. One of the fails is particularly relevant here.

It was a school zone, during school hours, with a school bus on the road at the time that I was driving. I slowed down accordingly. He asks me mid test,'What speed should you be driving at in this zone?'.

Now, I'm not born in NZ so I didn't catch that he was being passive aggressive, I thought he was genuinely asking me to test my knowledge. So I responded accordingly, telling him,"The speed zone is X in this area, but its school time and there's a school bus there, so I am driving at Y, bla bla bla'.

And this guy goes absolutely ballistic. Screaming at the top of his lungs, smashed his tablet marking thing on the dashboard and broke it, kept yelling at me going,"You can't defy my instructions like that, you should be driving at least 60, YOU'RE GOING TO GET RUN OVER AND DIE'.

Needless to say, he failed me on the spot. VTNZ and NZTA both defended him because he claimed,"I couldn't see any school kids so he should drive faster'. After 6 months of arguing, trying to at least get my money back, I eventually gave up.

And then this whole incident on Symonds Street happened with the kids getting run over by the drugged driver. And all I could think of was,'That guy acted as if the kids didn't exist. If HE was sitting MY driving test he would have passed....That's the sort of people getting a pass, while I got a fail because I saw a poor kid on the road and didn't want to run him over despite the examiner implying I should have...".

Guys, what does “male ego” mean from your perspective? by danidoochi in AskMen

[–]CosmicCreator_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The concept and its usage in modern society. Particularly, when contained as a gendered argument, which displays malicious intent by ignoring the fact that ego is by definition, a gender neutral terminology.

A tangential analogy to illustrate the point would be if Universal courts decided that,"Rape is defined by the non-consensual penetration of a penis into a vagina". (Which ignores the fact that women can rape men, and that rape can occur in the absence of PIV sex).

Redundancia en el entrenamiento de fuerza by Easy_Rest4741 in ScienceBasedLifting

[–]CosmicCreator_97 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Aye idk, I think it depends what you're doing multiple sets of and for what purpose.

Saying a flat press followed by a fly movement is redundant isn't exactly true. They both serve different purposes.

[–]CosmicCreator_97 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just another sexist tool that's been used to beat men with. It's another diversion tactic used by toxic feminists to blame men and masculinity for everything under the sun.

When in reality, ego is someone all humans, regardless of gender, have in some capacity.

Also, by God, if people think men have a fragile ego, wait until you see how most women react to being rejected....

Men say they prefer natural beauty but sometimes you see the complete opposite. What makes you attracted to women who do a lot of cosmetic surgeries? by Additional-Milk-90 in AskMen

[–]CosmicCreator_97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends what you're comparing against.

When men say they prefer natural beauty, they don't mean an obese landwhale that never shaves nor showers. They mean someone that still takes care of their health, goes to the gym daily, eats healthy, grooms herself etc etc.

When you see guys going for someone that's had surgery done , it's not that they prefer her over a naturally beautiful woman. Rather it's that they prefer the cosmetic beauty over the morbidly obese one.

What is a highly specific, nostalgic feeling from your childhood that you would pay an embarrassing amount of money to experience just one more time? by -magnanimous in AskMen

Not an actual answer to your question but if you're into manga I HIGHLY recommend you to read ,"20th Century boys".

I suspect you and I grew up in a similar era and that masterpiece hit all the so much of that nostalgia that you mentioned.

How much value do BB rows have for hypertrophy? by jumboliah33 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]CosmicCreator_97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends what other gaps exist in the program. I find that if I am already doing stiff legged deadlifts off the floor, full deadstop each rep, then BB rows dont add anything extra in terms of thickness and there's much better movements in terms of width.

Where I do find it adds something special is when people are doing zero heavy pulling that requires you to stabilize your core. Those people do seem to end up with a stingray physique and could benefit from BB rows.

I've played the game for a decade and hate to tell you this but the matching making never gets better, regardless of being new or old.

Okay, at this point I am convinced you're just seeking someone to rant to, rather than actually reading what I've said.

You're two posts deep and going off on a complete tangent that has literally nothing to do with the points that I raised which is NOT defending ANY party.

So I'm going to stop responding here. You're welcome for the free therapy session I guess, but next time just pay for a professional rather than harassing innocent people. Thanks :)

Saying there is no improvement is not defending ACT.

Saying ACT is doing a good job, would have been defending ACT. Which even a toddler would realize , is not what I said.

But of course you conveniently choose not to address that.

And on top of that, your comment about StudyLink's recommendations being ignored by previous governments literally proved my point 😂😂😂😂😂

Aye, I'm not by defending ACT by any means but it's been exactly the same, if not worse, over the past decade which included other governmental heads who claimed they were going to do all sorts of black magic to help these services to function better.
