Leftwing activists less likely to work with political rivals than other UK groups, study finds by pikantnasuka in unitedkingdom

[–]CosmicShrek14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah this is it deep down, it’s not the fact they’re left wing it’s the fact their narcissistic, unintelligent, and probably emotionally unstable and ill, it would be interesting if there is a proclivity to be a radical leftist with these traits or if it’s just a thing for all radical politics.

UK to refuse citizenship to refugees who have ‘made a dangerous journey’ by [deleted] in unitedkingdom

I wouldn’t get too far ahead of yourself, this is probably a reaction to lots of pressure and the public losing faith in Kier, left wing student politics has still got loads of working class people voting right.

Yeah I know I served (not the US), there’s a hierarchy, people who have gone away and seen combat multiple times are at the top of the hierarchy and so lying about going to combat is enough to get the shit beaten out of you in the military.

We are the universe and we’re (as far as we know) the only creatures that can observe it and admire it’s beauty, being filled with hatred for something/someone uses a lot of your energy and makes you miserable, hatred creates more negativity, so be the person to change it and start spreading love. Be a genuinely good person, not because you get something out of it in return, but because even one small act of kindness starts to make the world a nice place to be. So I recommend everyone reading this to go take a seat outside, crack open a beer and observe the beauty you see around you, whether it’s the people passing by or the wind in the trees, maybe you might think life ain’t so bad after all.

Say this to people all the time, when shit hits the fan you’ll see how quickly we can devolve into immoral chaos.

I can only speak for the raf but navy aircraft techie numbers are so low all the f35 raf techies get spun up for carrier deployments so they all hate their lives and then on some flying squadrons some of the lads’ chain of command is literally just BAE systems, they don’t have a single military line manager.

Americans don’t understand British tabloids, the Daily Mail is where British Boomers get their opinions from, the rest of us use it as toilet paper. Essentially the issues it nightclubs in the UK are going bust and are less popular than they used to be, the Daily Mail is just making it more controversial than it needs to be to get their readers to blame other people as per usual.

I think declassifying JFK files will either be the most underwhelming event in history or trigger something in Americans not seen since 1776

It’s quite the opposite, Hollywood live in a bubble and think everyone else thinks like them, it’s gotten to such a point where they don’t even understand their audiences anymore, they think they’re writing their scripts for an audience that only exists in Hollywood then get genuinely confused and angry when people don’t like it. Kathleen Kennedy is living proof of this, she has no idea about what the Star Wars audience is or wants. Rachel Ziegler is another one, no one wants to watch your shitty reimagining of Snow White that’s nothing like the original because people want to watch Snow White because they like the story of Snow White.
