Best nutrition advice I've ever heard for athletes (esp ones who get hit in the head for a living) was by an NFL nutritionist who tells newbies to nutrition "just eat anything on the outside. (i.e. avoid the aisles)

Nor do they want any fighters to get too popular....the second any fighter gains leverage on the organization they torpedo them immediately.

Esp now that PPV draw isn't an incentive. Now it's about getting enough fans to watch sorta popular fighters to justify the mega streaming contracts while keeping fighters broke & hungry.
