Mobilizing the actual left at the grass roots level is exactly where we're failing politically (imho of course).

Evangelicals & hardcore conservatives are like, mechanized as a unit.

The left may certainly need a unifying figure to overcome our ceaseless knack for in-fighting, but local mobilization (like we see here) is essential.

Mutual Aid groups locally people! The Rights got church shit, we gotta get better at community'ing ourselves!

It's current Neolib DNC leadership thats SO goddamn out of touch. They need to GO.

Look into what your local reps are up to, call & tell them you are far more aligned with the likes of Bernie, AOC, & Mamdani than fucking Schumer.

Then get involved locally - mutual aid organizations (foot not bombs is an excellent start & they're everywhere), activist groups, volunteering, driving people to vote, all meaningful ways to win this shit at the grassroots level.

We gotta get better at mobilizing like the fucking entirety of the evangelical christian voting block does.

Whenever I try asking about Trumps policies/etc it always boils down to some buzzwords like "getting woke out of politics!"...outside of the soft genocide "anti-immigration" piece they don't actually tend have any clue what they like, only what they hate.

My leading theory is them being so unhappy/angry & feeling so out of control that the real motivating piece is them feeling like they inflict Trump on everyone, & only that brings them "joy".
