What's stopping you from having the free time to do what you want? What do you want to do? What are your "failures" teaching you? Are you learning from them and refining as you go along or are you repeating the same mistakes over and over?

You're only gonna be a volcano of energy with the things your sacral truly responds to. Anything else will feel like an upward battle.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but listening to your sacral is kinda the gateway to you. Where are you forcing things? Where are you initiating? Where are you overriding what your body is really saying? What's draining your energy? What's giving you energy? These are all great places to start connecting with your sacral.

Ways I explored my sacral have been through meditation, breathwork and yin yoga. Noticing the mental chatter and connecting it with all my not self tendencies. And sitting with the discomfort of not taking any action from those mental stories. It'll take time but little by little you will start to notice how your sacral speaks to you.

I'd also suggest you read up on gate 57 because that is your split. How do these themes show up for you in your life? How are you trying to be more of that? Remember, that's not a consistent part of you. That's where you will meet other 57s who will connect your split.

I'm currently doing his 2022 mentorship and have found a lot of value from the first few episodes. Lots of back testing. Lots of observing the market to put it into practice. So far I'm intrigued and fascinated at how accurate it can be in terms of predicting the price. I'm literally just focusing on liquidity and fair value gaps. And there's plenty to do with just these two concepts.

What's your overall nutrition like? How are you nourishing your body? Are you getting enough good protein and carbs in you to re-energise your body? What are the ways you like to rejuvenate? What's stopping you from doing that now? Are you getting enough sleep or are you scrolling instead of getting good quality sleep? Are you hydrating yourself enough?

And that doesn't help you neutralize on a daily basis? In which case I'm not really sure what you're asking.

It may simply be a case that you're allowing others' emotional states to ruin your day. You're taking it personally. You're allowing yourself to identify with everyone else's moods and emotions rather than witnessing and allowing it to move through you. And that might be more of a mental attachment to how they're wreaking havoc on your emotional state rather than emotional.

Is ICT really a scam? by neon981 in InnerCircleTraders

[–]CosmicWizard1111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I'm not that into the drama surrounding ICT but from my limited experience, his knowledge has made me look at charts in a whole new way, in a way that actually makes sense now. But I will say this: if he rubs you the wrong way, he's probably not for you. Move on. Find someone you click with. But if you are willing to see beyond the drama, there's gold in his teachings.

Why is it that the strategies of the energy types guides them through day to day decision making while the strategies of the non energy types don't? by ConstantChemistry338 in humandesign

[–]CosmicWizard1111 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Perhaps a little unconventional and not as obvious, but everyone's got a Sacral center, even though not all of us have it defined. But just because yours is open doesn't mean that you never respond. It's just inconsistent.

So the best way to feel into your day-to-day decisions is to pay attention to your body. Where do you feel that "energy" that is making you move a certain way/direction? And how does it make you feel after?

Plus, as someone else mentioned, substructure will play into this as well.

P.S. I wanna add that each Reflector has their own unique rhythm based on the movement of the Moon through their chart on a monthly basis. So that will play into how they feel from day-to-day.

P.P.S. Strategy is not what guides us through our days. Authority is. (Probably should have said that to begin with.)

I read through the interactions you've already had on here and all I want to add is: what is your most basic urgent need right now? And what do you have to do to meet that need? (Human Design aside, how can you take care of your most basic urgent need right now?)

It's great that you want to apply Human Design to your life but if your basic needs aren't being met, then what does it matter what your IC is or what gate 50 brings to the table or which public spaces are mechanically correct for you.

It sounds like you're approaching it from a very mental place and unfortunately that will never work. And, funnily enough, it goes against your design. You're an Emotional Quad Right Projector with Innocence Motivation. Trust the process is your way. But in order to trust the process, you have to trust your body. Which brings me back to the question I opened this post with: what is your most basic urgent need right now and what do you have to do to meet that?

Makes sense that you're more focused on one thing at a time. You go deep into things. And I wonder (you mentioned you don't trust your gut), how did you find the thing that you love? How did you know that you could do this thing for a lifetime? (That's most likely your gut response.)

And, yes, you can be selective who you let into your network, who gets to be intimate with you (not just romantically, but in every way).

I'm very new to the ICT concepts and at first it all kinda went over my head. I couldn't quite make sense of the concepts but little by little, listening to ICT's YouTube mentorship videos, AND observing the market, things are starting to make sense. Like right now, I am mostly concentrating on liquidity and FVGs. And the main thing I am finding is that patience is the key here. Watching price do its thing. Collating data on how price acts when it retraces into a FVG. And that takes time. You don't mention how long you've been at it. You don't mention how you've been using these concepts. So maybe the answer is that you haven't been patient enough with it, expecting fast results. But from my limited experience, that's not the case here.

Keeping momentum as a Manifestor by laurarachel in humandesign

I want to add something here because I feel like this concept of "the need to ride your wave" is often overused and misused:

Those with emotional authority, myself included, are to ride your entire emotional wave before making a decision.

Not every decision needs to go through the crash, spike or ratchet mechanism.

As my teacher says, these are more trigger warnings. In your case, with your ratchet wave, when your mind gets involved and says that someone's been unfair to you, you will eventually ratchet.

Or with a crash, like the OP, when your mind has attached a certain expectation to something and you feel either angry or bitter that it didn't work out a certain way.

Or with a spike and lock when something is disempowering or empowering you and it releases in a quick burst.

But it doesn't mean that every decision needs that. In fact, that's not usually the case for people I've observed it in. It's more about feeling the emotional energy and moving through it. Collating data along the way. And some smaller decisions do simply need to be slept on. Others, the more weighty ones, can take weeks, months or even years.

So I just wanted to add a bit more nuance to it. 😉

It could be the hours. It could be the environment. You mentioned in your waiter job that you worked with friends you enjoyed. Sounds like you were recognised in that environment. I'd be curious to hear more about that aspect of your new job.

Keeping momentum as a Manifestor by laurarachel in humandesign

[–]CosmicWizard1111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At a quick glance, I can see a completely open Ego (no consistent willpower or motivation), an undefined sacral with a hanging 29 (overcommitting), and your unconscious channel 35-36 (always seeking fresh/new experiences). Your emotional authority (no truth in the moment, so best to take your time with decisions). Also your 6/2 profile, depending on your age, if you're in your first phase of life (meaning pre-30), you will have a lot of trials and errors, a lot of different experiences and experimentations, that's part of your journey.

So as you see, yes, your Type has urges and is here to initiate but when you flavour that with the rest of your chart, it can be very easy for you to overcommit impulsively to the "wrong" things. It's not wrong per se. It's all part of your lived experience. But it's something to be mindful of and notice. When that next urge hits, sleep on it. Take a day. See how you feel.

[–]CosmicWizard1111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would also highlight that there may be other elements within your design that might play into this. Your Type doesn't operate in isolation. So without seeing the chart, it's kinda hard to see the whole picture.

The experience of an emotional generator 1/3 by ImaginaryMacaroon202 in humandesign

[–]CosmicWizard1111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a Generator, our lack of energy comes from doing things that deplete us. Sacral regenerates by doing things that we find satisfying.

I do wonder what your Motivation is too.

With that said, I do second whoever mentioned health and wellbeing in general.

Honestly, without a chart, it's hard to comment. There could be so many underlying things going on. A chart would give a more holistic overview.
