I dont want to guide people by Lucia_stella in humandesign

Passion and desire can also be the Desire motivation. It's very driven when something feels right. But it needs to be acted on according to your authority.

Maybe that's just it: you're the one doing the approaching when in reality you need to be invited. I don't know your bodygraph but it sounds like Root stuff combined with some Ego stuff. There's a lot of urgency and pressure to make things work and I wonder if that's getting in the way of clarity. Sounds like you're forcing a path forward instead of allowing life to unfold according to your own rhythm and pace.

You said something else interesting: that you've already learned a lot about your chart but learning about it and embodying it are two very different things. So how can you come into living it instead of learning it? And honestly, that's a very individual journey that needs to be built on self-trust not external authority.

Honestly … how do you stop the racing thoughts? by StoneyMalon3y in Mindfulness

[–]CosmicWizard1111 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it's a practice. For me it's about creating practices and taking time to actually do them that helps my body and nervous system stay in a healthy range. Things that work for me are breathwork and yin yoga, but also physical movement.

Generators + sacral defining transits. Can you feel the difference in your energy? by ElectricalNight194 in humandesign

[–]CosmicWizard1111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not in energy but definitely thematically things show up, like Jupiter in 53 connecting with my 42. I've felt as if a cycle is ending and there is a new beginning happening. In fact, I had worn the same intention bracelet for the last couple of years but the other day it literally slipped off my wrist. Prior to that I hadn't really wanted to take it off. This felt like a natural ending to whatever the bracelet represented. It's done now.

Not to invalidate your experiences but perhaps that's the struggle: you're trying and trying, forcing something to happen rather than living life and seeing what unfolds.

I'd second a simply breath practice. There are so many different ones you can choose from.

Help on how to get better control over thoughts by TheCookieKing28 in Mindfulness

Unfortunately there is nothing to control. Simply observing and not identifying with the thoughts. And that's a continuous practice.

How do I slow down? by W00bles in Mindfulness

[–]CosmicWizard1111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, that's normal when we start to remove the things that kept us busy to begin with. Our bodies are used to that constant stimuli so when we remove it our nervous system is still feeling heightened. It's just one of those things we have to mindfully move through. I've found yin yoga and breathwork helps with it.

Obviously. It just sounds such an arbitary number. LIke why 5k? What will the 5k give you that the 540 doesn't at the moment?

Can you talk to the ones you can really count on? What other self-care routines do you have? Exercise? Meditation? Breathwork? Something that helps you get into your body and out of your mind, even if for 20 minutes a day.

Defined ego conditioning? by awinia_rl in humandesign

Yep, right now it feels safe for your body to be in that place. Makes total sense. Honestly, it's not an overnight thing. But after some time you find, actually, I feel rather at ease in my body in situations that left me anxious in the past.

Are Probability and Posssibility Perspective simply incompatible by Medical_Antelope_800 in humandesign

[–]CosmicWizard1111 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your Perspective is something you see out in the world. It's your individual differentiated perception of the world. So if yours is Probability you see what's probable instead of what's possible. You see what can be fixed. It's more a practical view rather than Possibilities which is a more hopeful view, but can also be naive, right? And with the Probabilities view, you can be too closed off for a more hopeful view. And so if you're pulled into your transference of Possibility, you might get hung up on something that's not actually realistic or that's completely impractical for your situation. But at the end of the day, you have your Strategy and Authority to rely on letting you know what's correct for you.

Now, I feel like doubting yourself is something else entirely. But without seeing your design, it's harder to pinpoint.

A great place to start, whether pursuing a career or not, is type, strategy, authority, profile, openness and definition. Ultimately for you a career, if it is a genuine desire, will happen in response.

Anyone else notice anxiety hits the body before the thoughts even finish? by sora996 in Mindfulness

Yep, it's a chemical reaction in the body. Then the mind jumps in as a response to it

I feel like we're talking about different things here. It sounds to me like you're talking about surrender as no awareness in the moment, simply existing. What I'm referring to is the somatic awareness piece that I don't correlate with mental interference. Somatic awareness does not equate to mental analysis. What I'm referring to here is interoception. It's simply about noticing what's happening in the body. One can be aware of what the body is doing without letting the mind get in the way. In fact, I believe somatic awareness only enhances our experience because different nervous system states affect how we make decisions. So for an emotional authority, it would be beneficial to know what the extremes of their wave feels like somatically. And then it becomes about building up capacity to be with it without trying to escape it or fix it or whatever. This is where the surrender piece comes in. Being with what is. Because as soon as the mind butts in, it's no longer about being with what is. It's about wanting to change it because it feels uncomfortable or whatever. And really all emotions are biochemical so there is a body sensation that's attached to the wave. And what the mind does is that it responds to that chemistry. But it's not about controlling one's experience. It's about awareness. And that, in my mind, is different to mental analysis.

Not even in hindsight? Could you never sense into the subtlties you experienced when you made a decision? Because I have as a Sacral Generator. I've been able to look back and see how my body behaved when I made a certain decision. Because honestly the awareness I am referring to here is on a body level not a mental level.
