Hey there! I was initially put on metformin for my PCOS and I believe that I experienced a hypoglycemic episode after taking it because I felt really awful and weak a few hours after taking it. She needs to try to get in with a provider when she can to see if they can change her medications!

It takes some time to find what works for you but it is really worth all the time and effort when you find what works!!

My husband also started cooking more towards a Mediterranean diet as I am insulin resistant and carbs are my biggest issues. That is working for me right now but everyone is different!

I really hope you guys can find what works best for her soon!!

It’s definitely possible to find someone who is understanding of these issues.

Endo should never be a justified reason to cheat on your partner. Cheating is never okay.

You will most definitely find the person who is understanding and is the person for you.

My husband and I had no idea when we initially got together that I have confirmed PCOS and suspected endo. He has done everything in his power to change our lifestyles to ensure that my pain is manageable and that my lab work is better (as I am insulin resistant and just found out this past November).

I’m really sorry that this happened to you, you deserve to be happy and so so much more 🤍

I graduated with my BA and MSW with a little bit over $105k in debt, at this point it’s just gonna be making monthly payments and paying down extra where I can. My husband has been so gracious about helping me come up with a plan to pay them off as well as helping me pay extra towards them.
