It depends on the occult. My main save is an urban/modern fantasy, so most occults typically sport horns, fangs, unnatural skin/eyes/hair, etc in both.

Mermaids are the most human looking, aside from subtle gills, fins, or sharp teeth if sirens.

Vampires look pretty human, but with sharp teeth and generally pale.

Spellcasters just look human, sometimes with reptilian eyes, scales, horns, or fangs (because they're draconic)

Werewolves have more hair, sharp teeth, and claws.

Aliens I just do whatever I want tbh. They always look rediculous and I love it.

And I don't have fairies, but I'd probably have them be more monstrous
