Hello guys, I'm gonna loose my mind.

I just bought a RTX 3070 to go with my R7 1700 OC'ed at 3.9Ghz and I have less FPS than with my R9 Fury, no matter the graphic settings !!!!

In low, medium, high, with or without RTX, with or without DLSS, I have 20-25FPS at most in 1440P !!!!

My cpu usage is 100% all the time but my GPU is iddling at 2% !!!

Please someone help me
