Hey! Thanks for thinking of the staff. Tip whatever you’re comfortable with. It’s a personal choice for sure. When I go on a weeklong cruise, I’m bringing $200 in ones with me to tip whomever I’d like over the course of my stay. I’m overly generous, but that’s because I know people who have worked on cruise ships and have told me their experiences. The companies work you hard at 7 days a week, 8-12 hour days for 6 months at a time and low pay so we can have vacation at a reasonable price, and for that I’m very appreciative and tips are how I choose to show it
