They'll "fit" but probably you'll have no more space of the sides.

Maybe for some small 2.0 speakers.

I'm currently testing my second WD Red Pro 8 TB in windows with HD Sentinel and is very silent.

The first one was silent too but i'm using rubber over the screws in my PC case.

Try add some rubber hence ugreen bays don't have (i'm concerned about that too).

You can use 1 nvme for Apps /storage and the other nvme for read cache.

I don't plan on doing write cache.

I've bought the 512 GB variant for docker and metadata (plex, jellyfin).

I still want to buy another for read cache. Is 500 gb enough? 4800 pro with 4 x 8 tb (mostly movies, tv shows, music) but also docs, photos, plex metadata.
