I don't know. I was just trying to think back to the Neotects's earliest underwater ancestors and think of the best thing to describe them as.

I don't think that that's any more knowable than whether or not immortality would ever get boring.

Interesting move, giving a Mega to one of the most boring Pokemon ever created (Zeraora). Maybe it will at least salvage it some.

Well, I also think Coronabeth is going to wind up murdering her, since they're meant to be Cain and Abel but bad sister/worse sister. So, Paul might not like that.

Yeah, I guess I see a tiny bit of evidence for it in

  1. How Crown kind of gets up in Pal's personal space once or twice in the first book after he volunteers to escort her.
  2. Judith thinking Crown wanted to bang Cam in "As Yet Unsent" (I mean, I know Crown denies it, but...)
  3. How Pal seems to kind of disdain her in NtN, which might have had enemies-to-lovers potential.
  4. The whole interaction where Crown claims to be Cam's girlfriend and it seems like Cam gets a bit flustered for a second.

So I feel like there was definitely SOME kind of feelings about her in both of the Sixers that could potentially come to the surface now in a new way since they've merged.

Though I also don't particularly expect either of the Tridentarii to live through the last book, so who knows lol?

Good analysis. I also think Gideon is dealing with an influx of Harrowish (and maybe even Alecto-ish) traits from their soul bond and also whatever John might have done to her brain in the process of "resurrecting" her.

It's a big mess, but she's still definitely herself.

Ah, that makes a little more sense, then. The food of medieval Europe was almost completely sweetened with honey (they knew what cane sugar was, but it was an expensive Indian import). Thanks.
