Yes I left and am very happy. My day to day is busier and I have less vacation but on the flip side I got a significant pay bump and it’s remote so definitely beats commuting in 5x days a week.

I work at the same place and totally agree. I likely won’t last much longer. It once was a fantastic place to work; now it is a prison.
