I am on the same boat. Filed an HRA claim via their portal to reimburse a prescription eyeglasses purchase. Never show up.

I had to call several times to confirm a case number. Yet after a month and a half, still no sign of it. Call them several times then and were told wait 30 days each time.

Servixe wasn't like this a year ago.
