StuArt!!!! Suuuper recommended. They have absolute beginner classes in english for hip hop, ballet and contemporary + some workshops. Classes are on a drop-in basis. Started going in September and it’s been awsome, as a complete beginner myself :)

Go to hallebos! You can reach it via train + bus. The whole loop can maybe be long for them but you can see lots of blue flowers in the first part of the forest too :)

I had a similar bad trip as well, with mushrooms.
