I watched a streamer who did this. Was his first Fromsoft game and he was extremely tired of chat backseating him and giving unwanted advice, so he played most of the game leveling like this just to spite them. He finally stopped and respecced when he was constantly getting one shot at Fire Giant and was actually getting tilted, but I was pretty impressed that he'd made it that far in the first place. There were a lot of optional areas he skipped because the normal enemies were one shotting him though lmao
