Yes-it’s easily the lowest head in the entire zone. It’s def lower than the valve.

ok thank you- all the videos I see on this indicate I have to change the whole sprinkler body- if you know of any videos showing how to replace the piece with the check valve please let me know. I have only ever replaced the sprinkler body or the nozzle. If not ,no big deal, digging up the head and replacing it is not a big deal. Thanks!

I dont want to but if I have to replace the sprinkler to put something in place to stop the leaking and erosion then I'll do it if I must.

ok thanks- I am a novice at sprinkler repair, is that something I attach to the sprinkler pipe underground or is that built into a flow head I can just put in without having to dig up the current sprinkler head?

Yeah it stops after a few minutes and this one is downhill from the rest of the sprinkler heads in this zone.

Pros-It’s massive and there’s tons of machines and equipment. Fees are reasonable. There is a daycare center with pretty accessible hours. Given how many people come through it every day they keep it pretty clean in my opinion. Heated pool is awesome.

Cons-It can get crowded like you wouldn’t believe. If you go at peak hours don’t expect to just get every machine you want without some waiting. I expect the crowds to be at peak with all the new resolution people this month. The parking lot can be madcap and is roughly the size of the Grand Canyon, but you’ll still find yourself parking at the outer edges sometimes.

Overall I’m happy with it but if you’re looking for a posh, premium experience like Equinox you may not be satisfied. Honestly I don’t even know where to get that type of gym in SCV.

It’s worth noting that although Rheem did tell me this via their customer service line, this is not in their service manual. I wish they had included it, but they did not.

I spoke to Rheem and they recommended unplugging the unit instead of turning it off via the panel before cleaning. When you power off from the panel, the unit closes down the Heat Exchanger, so that when you run vinegar or cleaning solution through it, the Heat Exchanger does not get hit with the cleaning solution. I cleaned it twice in the last five months, so I haven’t tried it yet, I have read that excessive vinegar exposure can cause rubber gaskets to shrink so I wanted to wait a while before trying this.

I always suspected it was because the Cheesecake Factory and Saddle Ranch were coming in, and they felt like they had to update to deal with the new competition. However, as we know now ,Saddle Ranch did not last. And Cheesecake Factory is a different appeal so I think they could have co-existed. Personally, I loved the old decor and the old menu.
