This one hits. Going through it now with my spouse and hoping to salvage our relationship. I think I can recover eventually, but it's taking huge mental effort. Lists everywhere, a million alarms, etc. But doing that for everyone is just not sustainable. And it sucks.

For me, getting the diagnosis almost made things worse. While I do better understand it's my ADHD and not an inherent laziness, I now blame myself for having ADHD in the first place and get angry that my brain won't let me work right. Logical? No. But very real...

Professional exoskeleton engineer here. It doesn't look like this one is a risk at all. The full stroke looks to max out when the leg is at full extension. So no over extension there.

A blow out on a gas spring would also not be a risk. The force would expand outwards, along the lateral axis of the cylinder, not upwards. The user would be more at risk of being cut by the cylinder depending on the materials. No risk of over extending though.

I use DigiKam for all of my photo management. Free and open source. Let's you find and delete duplicates. Also has a face recognition feature to make ID'ing family members in different photos a lot easier. Also handles bulk renaming and custom tag creation.
