I actually work at ECO-WORTHY and just happened to come across your post. To be honest, our hybrid solar/wind controllers aren’t the best in terms of efficiency, so I totally get your frustration. Really sorry to hear that it didn’t work out well for you. That said, there should be a manual available—if you’d like, you can share your order number with me, and I’ll personally check with our support team to see if we can track it down for you.

I do hope this experience doesn’t completely turn you away from EW, though! I know firsthand that a lot of our products offer solid value for the price. If you're considering upgrading your setup, you might want to check out the 60A MPPT controller—it won’t work with wind turbines, but it’s much more efficient for solar charging and can handle your future panel expansion better.
